Designed Around the Problem
- The LittleMum 10-Point Seated Back Massager was designed around a different approach: secure the tool to a chair and let your own body movement create the pressure.
- Lean back gradually for more contact. Ease forward to reduce it. Reposition the massager when you want to reach a different area.
- The result is a quiet, hands-free form of manual pressure with no motor, battery or preset intensity.
How the Design Works
-
Central clearance
The open centre helps the two sets of rounded nodes sit on either side of the back.
-
Ten rounded nodes arranged
The open lattice allows the silicone to flex under pressure and improves airflow between the product and clothing.
-
Body-weight-controlled pressure
Once positioned against the chair, you control the intensity through your own movement.
-
Adjustable height
The strap system allows the massager to be moved higher or lower on a compatible chair for accessible muscular areas of the upper, middle or lower back.
How to Use
- Watch the setup video before threading the straps.
- Select two matching slots on each side according to how the straps will attach to the chair.
- Thread the straps evenly, keeping the webbing flat and the two silicone sides level.
- Secure the massager to a stable chair and adjust it to the desired height.
- Sit slightly forward and check that the central opening is aligned with the spine.
- Lean back very slowly until the rounded nodes make light contact with the target muscular area.
- Hold only a comfortable, stationary pressure, then ease forward to release.
- Reposition the massager before working on another area.
Is This Product Right for You?
-
This may suit you if
- Prefer firm pressure to soft cushioning
- Already use massage balls, T-Bars or trigger-point tools
- Want to apply pressure without tiring your hands or arms
- Prefer a silent, non-electric product with no moving parts
- Are willing to adjust the height to find the most suitable position
- Have a stable chair with enough seat depth to accommodate the massager
-
Consider another option if
- Want a soft memory-foam lumbar pillow
- Expect heat, vibration, rolling or kneading
- Want an automatic full-back massage program
- Are highly pressure-sensitive or bruise easily
- Need continuous lumbar support throughout the working day
- Have a shallow, narrow or heavily contoured chair that leaves little room behind the back
What It Does Well — and What to Consider
-
What to consider
- The pressure is firm and clearly felt; it is not soft cushioning
- Initial strap threading requires attention and should be completed before use
- Fit and pressure depend on the chair, body proportions and product position
- The fixed node layout will not correspond to every individual muscle knot
- It is intended for short, controlled self-massage sessions, not continuous all-day use
- Users seeking one highly precise pressure point may prefer a T-Bar, massage ball or massage hook
-
What it does well
- Provides simultaneous pressure through ten rounded contact points
- Allows hands-free pressure while seated
- Lets the user control intensity through body movement
- Can be repositioned for different accessible areas of the back
- Requires no electricity, charging, heat or mechanical settings
- Uses washable, resilient silicone rather than foam or fabric upholstery
The Right Material for the Job
The main structure is made from food-grade silicone selected to flex under body pressure while retaining its shape. It is firm enough for the rounded nodes to create distinct contact, yet flexible enough for the two sides to respond independently against the chair and back.
The open lattice helps reduce trapped heat and makes the silicone easier to wash than a fabric-covered foam cushion.
What to Expect
Start Low. Go Slow. Use Consistently.
- The silicone nodes are designed to be felt. If you expected a soft lumbar cushion, the pressure may initially feel firmer than anticipated.
- Before the first session, take time to thread and adjust the straps while the product is off the chair. Once attached, begin with the massager positioned lower on a stable chair and make only light contact over thin clothing.
- You may need to move it slightly higher, lower or to one side before the pressure feels even. This repositioning is a normal part of using a fixed-node manual massager because body proportions and chair shapes vary.

Safety & When to Stop
Stop immediately if you experience sharp pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, skin irritation or discomfort that continues after use.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have osteoporosis, take blood-thinning medication, have a bleeding or circulation disorder, have reduced sensation, or are recovering from injury, surgery or a diagnosed spinal condition.
This product is a self-care massage tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Cleaning & Care
Wipe or hand wash the silicone with mild soap and lukewarm water. Rinse away soap residue and allow it to air dry fully before returning it to the chair or placing it in storage.
Spot clean the straps as needed and allow them to dry naturally. Do not use bleach, harsh solvents, abrasive brushes or high heat.
Inspect the silicone, strap slots, webbing and adjusters before each use. Stop using the product if any component is torn, cracked, stretched, loose or damaged.

FAQ
Is this a lumbar-support pillow?
No. It can be positioned in the lumbar area, but it is designed primarily as a firm manual pressure tool rather than a soft cushion for continuous sitting.
Customers looking for gentle, passive lumbar support may prefer a traditional foam lumbar pillow.
Does it provide Shiatsu kneading?
No. The silicone nodes remain stationary. They do not rotate, roll or mechanically knead.
The massage effect comes from leaning against the rounded nodes and controlling the pressure with your own body movement.
Does it have heat or vibration?
No. It is completely non-electric and has no heat, vibration, motor, batteries or power cord.
How firm does it feel?
It is designed to provide clear, firm pressure rather than soft cushioning. The sensation depends on body weight, clothing, chair shape, product position and how far you lean back.
Begin over thin clothing and make only light contact during the first session.
Where can I position it?
Depending on body proportions and chair fit, it may be positioned against accessible muscular areas of the upper, middle or lower back.
Do not place a pressure node directly over the spine, ribs, shoulder blades or another bony area.
Does it fit every chair?
No. It works best with a stable, supportive chair back and enough seat depth to accommodate the product without forcing the user too far forward.
Very shallow, narrow, unusually thick or heavily contoured seats may not be suitable.
Do I need to install the straps?
Yes. The straps need to be threaded through the selected slots and adjusted for the chair before first use. Please watch the setup video and follow the installation guidance carefully.
Once installed, the strap length and product height can be adjusted as needed.
Can I use it without the straps?
The straps are recommended because they help keep the product at the selected height and reduce movement during positioning.
Do not use it unsecured if it can slip or fall.
